The mandate of the Anti-Corruption Bureau has enlarged: in accordance with the amendments made to the law of Georgia "On the Fight against Corruption" on November 30, 2022, the functions of the Bureau shall from now on encompass the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring the receipt of the official's asset declarations, the control of its completion and submission, its storage, monitoring and publicity;
• Protection of whistle-blowers and implementation of respective measures in accordance with the law;
• Monitoring the financial activities of political associations of citizens (political parties), electoral subjects, and persons with declared election goals. It shall also ensure the implementing other appropriate measures related to this field, in accordance with the law.

As of September 1, 2023, the following websites administered by the LEPL State Audit Office of Georgia and the LEPL Public Service Bureau of Georgia will be under the control of the Anti-Corruption Bureau:

Respectively, as of September 1, 2023, the access to the mentioned websites and obtaining the corresponding service will be available only through the official website of the Anti-Corruption Bureau:
