The Bureau is independent in its mandate and is accountable to the Parliament of Georgia and the Interagency Anti-Corruption Council.
Once a year, no later than March 31, the Bureau submits to the Parliament of Georgia an annual report on issues falling within the authority of the Anti-Corruption Bureau.
