The memorandum was signed between the Anti-Corruption Bureau and Regensburg University.
 
Razden Kuprashvili, the Head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, and Alexander Graser, a professor at Regensburg University in Germany, reached an agreement on future cooperation.
 
The parties agreed to collaborate on international scientific research initiatives that will advance the field and improve the frameworks of anti-corruption legislation.
 
The Bureau will determine its primary scientific research priorities within the context of this collaboration, and joint educational initiatives will be developed.
 
The meeting was attended by the President of Steinbass University, Professor Giorgi Khubua from Tbilisi State University, and Professor Dr. Claus Hipp.
