In Atlanta, Razhden Kuprashvili, the Head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, met with Sultonzoda Sulaimon Said, the Director of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the principal challenges and priority areas in the fight against corruption.
The representatives from Tajikistan acknowledged Georgia's leading position in the region for having a "low level of corruption," highlighting the importance of collaborating with the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Georgia.
Consequently, the parties agreed to sign a memorandum for future collaboration, which includes plans for a working visit.
