The Head of Georgia’s Anti-Corruption Bureau, Razhden Kuprashvili, met with the Head of France’s Anti-Corruption Agency, Isabelle Jégouzo.

The meeting was also attended by the First Deputy Head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Tamta Kachkachishvili; Head of the International Relations Department, Giorgi Baghdavadze; Head of the Grants Monitoring Department, Giorgi Simonia; Head of the Department for Monitoring and Ensuring Financial Disclosure of Political Parties, Besik Vekua; and Head of the Department for Enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, Nana Chanturidze.

During the bilateral meeting, the parties discussed modern approaches to assessing corruption risks and international best practices. They also reviewed strategic planning mechanisms and exchanged their respective experiences.

Both sides agreed that strengthening international cooperation is essential in the fight against corruption, as it contributes to the development of effective anti-corruption policies.
