The main objectives of the Technological Development Department are as follows:

• Ensuring technological development of the Bureau in order to facilitate its effective activity;
• Ensuring the introduction of modern information and communication;
• Conducting research and preparing proposals for the purpose of improving the information and communication technologies of the Bureau;
• Management of information and communication technologies of the Bureau;
• Carrying out other functions stipulated by the regulation of the department, the instructions of the Head of the Bureau, and the legislation of Georgia.
