The main objectives of the International Relations Department are as follows:

• Based on the objectives of the Bureau, cooperation with international and donor organizations and other subjects, carrying out respective visits
• Representation in international organizations;
• Reporting to international organizations, within the competence participating in the evaluation and monitoring of countries; Coordination with State agencies for the purpose of communication with international organizations
• Carrying out other functions stipulated by the regulation of the department, the instructions of the Head of the Bureau, and the legislation of Georgia.
