The head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Razhden Kuprashvili, met with Meline Arakelian, the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Georgia, and the members of the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on an official visit to Georgia: Camille Merlen, Senior Policy Officer EU External Affairs/Eastern Europe and Enlargement, and Rein Dekkers, Special Representative for the EU Eastern Partnership.
The discussed topics included the importance of Georgia's European integration and the implementation of the 12 recommendations of the European Commission.
At the meeting, attention was paid to the functions and prospective strategies of the Anti-Corruption Bureau. The Head of the Bureau emphasized the role of sharing international experience and evaluations of international organizations in the activities of the Anti-Corruption Bureau. The parties agreed on future cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by Lela Lomia, Policy Officer, Embassy of the Netherlands in Georgia, and Lawyer-Analysts of the Anti-Corruption Bureau: Nini Maglakelidze and Mariam Kepuladze.
