Based on the latest Global Risk Profile (GRP) update, Georgia advanced by 2 places, among the 196 countries, taking 43rd place and was included in the top 25%.
In the Black Sea region, the Caucasus and Central Asia, Georgia took the first place - with the status of "low level of corruption".
Additionally, in terms of freedom from corruption, Georgia surpassed all EU candidate countries, as well as 8 member states of the European Union and NATO.
