On November 3, 2023 The Georgian Anti-Corruption Bureau granted the membership of The European Partners Against Corruption (EPAC). All members of the organization supported the joining of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Georgia into the network at the 22nd Annual General Assembly (AGM) in Dublin.
The European Partners against Corruption/EPAC was founded in 2004. EPAC is an independent, informal association that brings together more than 60 judicial and policing supervision services against the publication of the EU and Council of Europe members. Members of the organization collaborate on shared plans, exchange experiences, and uphold high standards for professionalism.
Cooperation with international and partner organizations is an essential precondition for sustaining and increasing current successes in the fight against corruption. Therefore, it was crucial for us to join an international organization such as "The Network of European Partners Against Corruption " (EPAC).
Joining the previously mentioned organization is one of the initial steps that will significantly contribute to the country's democratic and economic growth, as well as the fight against corruption.
