The main objectives of the Quality Management Department are:
- Preparation of internal standards and development of technology to promote the effectiveness of the Bureau's activities;
- Evaluating the performance of the rules of Ethics and Conduct of the Bureau's employees and preparing respective recommendations;
- When appropriate, the study of the effectiveness of the activities of the Bureau's employees and the development of relevant proposals;
- Carrying out other functions stipulated by the regulation of the department, the instructions of the Head of the Bureau, and the legislation of Georgia.
